The Company's businesses include steel, metal recycling and steel processing. The Company operates an electric arc furnace steelworks, and engages in the manufacturing and sale of steel products through the coating and processing of steel. The Company also processes, transports, sells and manages scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metal recycling products, and manufactures and sells steel products, such as steel joists and decking products, primarily in the United States and Mexico.
