The Company owns or operates manufacturing facilities in the United States, including Virginia and Ohio, and in Brazil, and produces and sells coke primarily to the North American steel industry. It also provides transshipment and blending services for coal and aggregates, such as sand and gravel, for the steel, coal, and other manufacturing industries. It is incorporated in Delaware.
