The Company provides generic pharmaceuticals, specialty pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals and over-the-counter drugs in North America, Europe and other countries. The Company develops and manufactures generic pharmaceuticals, including chemicals, sterile preparations and hormones, as well as specialty pharmaceuticals for the central nervous system, respiratory system and oncology, including multiple sclerosis, asthma and other conditions. The Company also sells active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and provides certain contract manufacturing services.
