The Company owns and manages land in Texas, primarily in the Permian Basin. It receives revenues related to various land uses, including oil and gas royalties, land use fees, sales of materials for infrastructure construction, saltwater treatment, and midstream infrastructure projects and processing facilities primarily involved in the processing and transportation of hydrocarbons to market. It is incorporated in Delaware.
