The Company is engaged in the acquisition, ownership, development and operation of midstream energy assets. It is engaged in the gathering, compression, treatment, processing and transportation of natural gas; gathering, stabilization and transportation of condensate, natural gas liquids and crude oil; and gathering and disposal of produced water. It also acts as a natural gas processor and purchases and sells natural gas, natural gas liquids and condensate. It is incorporated in the state of Delaware.
